Hubertus Estates began as a simple conviction: that great wine doesn't need a famous region to be extraordinary — it needs care, time, and a piece of land worth tending.
Our vineyard sits on a quiet hilltop in Hubertus, where the growing season stretches long and the soil gives back what we give to it. We farm by hand, ferment in small batches, and age every vintage until it's ready — not a day before.
This is not a production facility. It's a place where neighbors come for Saturday tastings, where families celebrate milestones, and where every bottle carries the patience of a craft that refuses to be rushed.
